RevFlowDG offers beginner-friendly HubSpot marketing services for small businesses, including but not limited to:
The specific scope of work for each client will be agreed in writing (via email) before any work begins.
Pricing for each project or service will be discussed and agreed before work commences. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but any agreed price for a specific project will be honoured.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or cease work if agreed payments are not received on time.
To deliver the best results, clients are expected to:
Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment, any work created specifically for the client (such as email templates or landing pages) becomes the client's property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, data, or account access with any third parties without your explicit consent.
RevFlowDG will always endeavour to deliver quality work. However, we cannot guarantee specific marketing results such as lead volumes, open rates, or revenue growth, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may cancel an ongoing arrangement with reasonable written notice (via email). Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged accordingly. Deposits paid for work not yet started may be partially or fully refunded at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
